7:00pm Show
Berlin is proud to partner with Radio K—the University of Minnesota’s beloved, eclectic college radio station—on Sundays in January! Each night will pair a live act with a Radio K alum DJ.
First up, Material Ensemble (featuring members of IE and Pen Test) plays several drone minisets. Between live sets, Vogue Memory will play downtempo, dub configurations, and chillout sounds to get you into a meditative headspace before ending the night with oddball dance music to send you off into the coming week.
Current students may use the promo code STUDENT to purchase $10 tickets. Student IDs must be presented at the door. Berlin is 18+.

Vogue Memory is a selector/DJ based in Minneapolis. Having cut his teeth as the electronic music show host at Radio K before spending some years in the Northeast, he believes listeners are willing to explore more eclectic sounds with the right guidance. His quieter sets span experimental, ambient, DIY pop, folk, and anything else that catches his ear. In more dance-like settings, he oscillates between industrial sounds, mutant electro, and percussive tracks that don’t neatly slot into genres. In keeping with that musical range, he’s played in dive bars, dance spaces in Brooklyn, DIY venues, and cafes/wine bars. You can listen to his sets on Soundcloud.
